Electrically-heated Hot Water Vaporizer
What is an electrically-heated vaporizer?
It is a piece of equipment that heats and vaporizes the liquid gas in a tank through electric heat, hot water or vapor when supply falls short of demand in a naturally-convected ambient air vaporizer due to its large gas consumption.
Strengths
- It requires small area and generates almost no fog.
Weaknesses
- Because it uses electricity, it incurs electricity expense and requires other water supply and electricity equipment.
Applications
- Medium to small scale (50Nm3/hr ~ 1,000Nm3/hr)
Caution
If you use a hot water vaporizer, you should regularly check the water gauge, thermometer and pressure gauge. In addition, the temperature of hot water should be maintained at 50 ~ 60 degrees and not exceed 80 degrees.
