AMBIENT VAPORIZER SYSTEM FOR LPG

An ambient air vaporizer resulted from Seo Heung Tech’s in-depth research and verification test is composed of a GFC, which maximizes the capacity of natural vaporization of an LPG storage tank at a specific pressure, and an MCR, which mixes liquid LPG and feeds it to a vaporizer. In addition, an LFC, which constantly feeds cold LPG for high vaporization efficiency to an ambient air vaporizer (air star fin tube type), properly controls liquid flow, hence requiring no external control after initial configuration.

Vaporization performance could be substantially enhanced by increasing the difference between the ambient temperature and the LPG temperature, hence replacing its predecessor, an electrically-heated hot water vaporizer.

In addition, a PCOL is embedded to prevent any liquid leak due the overuse of a vaporizer’s design capacity and improve safety, and there is alsmot no risk of failure since it is a natural phenomenon.

Above all, no use of electricity implies an eco-friendly product, which consumes no electricy, has no risk of electrical accident, and is extremely durable.
